Bud Bentley, is founder and Principal of The Highline Group. Bud has over 20 years of professional experience leading organizational change and technological innovation. Bud has served as a Managing Director in BlackRock’s BlackRock Solutions group, as Chief Technology Officer for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, as Chief Information Officer for Morgan Stanley’s Miller Anderson & Sherrerd investment unit, as technology head for Lehman Brothers Global Asset Management and International Trading Systems groups, and other leadership roles within Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
Bud has demonstrated success in building and leading large, culturally diverse team-centered technology organizations through all market cycles. His innovative, risk-based approach to technology portfolio management and expense management have helped these large organizations compete through all market cycles. Bud has broad experience in all facets of organizational and technological integration related to mergers, divestitures and acquisition. His global expertise includes business strategy, application rationalization, alternative resourcing strategies, data-centric enterprise technology architectures and infrastructure strategy.
